Step 1 Warming up

Step 2. Imagine and practice 

Imagine what your home/you will be like in 20 years? 

Practice in pairs. Eg:

A: What will your life be like in 20 years?

B: I think my life will be much better than it is now.

A: What will you be?   B: ….

A: Where will you work? B: ….

A: Where will you live? B: ….

A: Will you have a robot / …? B: …. 

1. Ss work in pairs and imagine their lives in 20 years. 

2. Some groups make their reports.

Step 3 Design and make a speech

Ask Ss to choose one / two of the topics:

Step 4 Writing

1. Ask the Ss to discuss the topic of “What do you think our school will be like in 50 years?”

2. Ask Ss to use “more, fewer, less. ”

Ss discuss the topic and then Ss try to form a passage with the languages they’ve learned.

1. Make sure Ss can use “ more, fewer, less ” correctly. 

2. To make the Ss more creative and improve their writing skills.

Step 5 Discussion 

Get Ss have a discussion the topic. 

Step 6 Work on Self Check

1. Go over the differences between more, fewer and less with the Ss. 

2. Ask Ss to finish off 1 &2. 

Discuss how a robot will help students with schoolwork in the future. Write down your group’s ideas and draw a picture of your robot.  

Finish off 1 & 2 in self check. 

Revise the key words and sentences in the unit. 

To consolidate the target language in written forms.
